issues pertaining to the drawing development as well as the existing
conditions.

will conduct field visits with the architect to completed projects
to review and understand the architect's conceptual design intent.
Construct examples to ensure accurateness of
the design and coordination with the architect and owner.
Schedule, prepare and deliver formal estimates
at the agreed upon dates in the design development phase.
Refine the construction estimates and discuss
the systems and application with the M/E/P consultants.
Solicit the subcontractors input for key systems
and trades.
Confirm with the architect that the base architectural
sheets are 30-50% developed.
Coordinate all CSI project specifications to
80%.
Use dynamic estimating techniques to track changes,
ideas and thoughts.
