take-offs of the design development documents where quantities can
be measured and extrapolate our own data on similar projects where
no quantities are shown. |

Draft and execute subcontract agreements accordingly.

Prepare and evaluate all subcontract changes. |

Ensure that all bonds and insurances are received.

Prepare monthly progress payments, as well as
maintain control on the budget and cost control. |

Review and distribute submittals, and RFI's.
