The Close-Out Phase of a project is the last critical step to completion
of a job. Melchiori Construction Company has established a number
of procedures to coordinate and expedite the closing of each project.
We have created an essential guideline by which the superintendents
and project managers for each job are responsible for all details
to ensure quality and efficiency. Our closeout procedure includes
supplier and subcontractor administrative requirements; final payment
and retainage release procedures, as built drawings, operation and
maintenance manuals, and any other special requirements needed to
closeout the job.
