Prepare a GMP estimate. Discuss the owner's approach to quality and scope, review the costs, and perform quantity take-offs of the design development documents where quantities can be measured and extrapolate our own data on similar projects where no quantities are shown.
Draft and execute subcontract agreements accordingly.
Prepare and evaluate all subcontract changes.
Ensure that all bonds and insurances are received.
Prepare monthly progress payments, as well as maintain control on the budget and cost control.
Review and distribute submittals, and RFI's.
