Chase Palm Park Carousel Building

Location: Santa Barbara, California
The Carousel at Chase Palm Park is situated at the Waterfront
in downtown Santa Barbara. Melchiori Construction Company's involvement
included building a commercial structure for a turn of the century,
hand carved carousel. Building along water shed and situated only
a hundred yards from the ocean; this building was constructed with
floodgates to withstand the forces of flooding and severe weather.
The Carousel has enlivened the Waterfront area and is recognized
by the community as a future landmark.
