Location: Lancaster, California
Melchiori Construction Company is currently constructing this three-story,
136-unit assisted living community center in Lancaster California.
The project consists of all new construction including a community
room, a full commercial kitchen, gated courtyard facilities and
surrounding landscape/hardscape additions including a pool and spa
amenities. This project is estimated for completion in February
of 2001.
