Vineyard Gardens Apartments
Client: Vineyard Garden Associates, LP
Architect: Bialosky Peikert Architects
Location: Santa Barbara, California
This fast track project required close communication with the architects,
engineers, and city plan checkers. The plans and details were finalized
simultaneously with construction and permitting. With an unyielding
completion date of December 31, 1999 and the permit issuance in
May of that year, this 64-unit complex needed the utmost cooperation.
The result, a beautiful and comfortable affordable housing project
for a desiring community.
