The Gateway Plaza Apartments project in Oxnard California began
construction in early 1999. The project consists of new construction
of a three-story, single structure, 106-single-unit building as
well as a community room. This project is a low-income housing facility
that will add beauty and stability as well as a future for an economically
depressed area of Oxnard California.
