Location: Santa Barbara, California
The El Patio Community Housing project included new construction
of a low income housing community for those in need of affordable
housing. The building contains two to four bedroom residential apartments,
available to families and active seniors within the Santa Barbara
Community. Melchiori Construction Company was responsible for complete
construction of the community including the surrounding landscape
and hardscape.
