Canon Perdido Mental Health

Location: Santa Barbara, California
Melchiori Construction Company provided complete pre-construction
and construction services for the Canon Perdido Mental Health Facility
in downtown Santa Barbara. This project entailed new construction
of an 8-unit, one story two-three bedroom apartment facilities.
The center was built to provide housing for mentally challenged
adults. The facility is fully furnished and provides a common area
as well as complete kitchen and living room for its occupants, and
is managed by an on-site assistant available for any assistance
if necessary.
