Location: Santa Barbara, California
Melchiori Construction Company after completion of the shell and
core construction will begin tenant improvements on the Santa Barbara
Surgical Center in Santa Barbara. The Santa Barbara Surgical Center
is estimated for completion in March of 2002. Melchiori Construction
Company is to provide a medical facility that will include three
operating rooms, two treatment rooms, as well as post and pre-op
patient care facilities. The two-story, 12,500 sq. ft. medical facility
will provide in and out patient care for those in need in the Santa
Barbara community.
