The Devereux Foundation of California is one of the nation's largest
independent non-profit providers of treatment services for individuals
with emotional, behavioral, and developmental disabilities. Melchiori
Construction Company's services on this project included the construction
of four cottages, two classrooms, and other developmental site work.
In doing the project, taking into consideration that the surroundings
were occupied with residents, it was important to maintain a controlled
and safe atmosphere at all times during construction.
