Westmont College Restroom Remodels

Location: Santa Barbara, California
For the past three years Melchiori Construction Company has worked
with Westmont College to provide restroom remodels for their dormitory
and staff quarters. Melchiori Construction Company and Matt Construction
Corporation A Joint Venture will begin the Westmont College New
Academic Center project in 2001. The Academic Center project will
include a total of seven new buildings, including a four story 41,000
gross square foot facility, which will contain classrooms, a 100-seat
lecture hall, laboratories, vivaria, faculty offices, research labs,
student study areas and other spaces required to support the departments
housed in this facility. Also a 34,000 gross square foot Art Center
with an art gallery, classrooms, student and faculty studios, offices
and other departmental facilities, as well as a Sculpture Studio
and Central Utility Plant designed to provide for the mechanical
needs of the existing, proposed, and future structures in the Academic
Center.
