Via Vai Tratoria

Location: Montecito, California
The Via Vai Trattoria project included a tenant improvement remodel.
The project entailed the transition of the existing flower shop
into an authentic Italian restaurant. Melchiori Construction Company
completed the project in a four and a half month period. In the
process Melchiori Construction Company installed a wood burning
pizza oven and other high-tech food service equipment.
