Joint Venture, will begin construction on The Carrillo Hotel, in
the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, on March 1st 2001. The project
entails complete Pre-construction and Construction services for
the 96-room, five-story, five-star hotel. The scope of work includes
demolition and removal of the existing basement structures and slab,
relocation of existing utilities, mass excavation of the site to
allow construction of two below grade levels, the B2 level will
contain a vehicular ramp, 53 parking spaces, mechanical rooms, storage
and elevator equipment.
