Taron Building
Client: Taron & Associates, Inc.

Location: Santa Barbara, California
The Taron Building is a retail and commercial building located
in downtown Carpinteria. Melchiori Construction Company was responsible
for total construction of the project. This project consists of
10,000 square feet in new construction from ground up. The site
was awarded by the American Institute of Architects, Santa Barbara
Chapter, with the "Most Exceptional Achievement in Design For a
Mixed-Use Building Award," at its completion in 1991.
