Melchiori Construction Company is currently underway on the construction
of the new Santa Barbara Bank & Trust Corporate Administration Office
Building. Our team plans to develop a new structure that will encompass
40,000 square feet of work and will include extensive tenant improvements
to the three-story building in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara.
