For the Santa Barbara Bank & Trust Operations Center, Melchiori
Construction Company provided complete renovation and seismic retrofitting
to the existing 65,000 square foot commercial building. As a company
that depends on fast circulation and communications with its clients
within the Santa Barbara and Ventura County, Santa Barbara Bank
& Trust's needs included developing a communications system which
would be fast, cost effective and efficient. Melchiori Construction
Company provided a complete high-tech communications system as well
as other tenant improvements that included raised flooring, and
finishes.
