Mom's Italian Village
Client: Mom's Incorporated

Location: Santa Barbara, California
Melchiori Construction Company was responsible for new construction
of Mom's Italian Village a mixed-use structure in Santa Barbara.
The scope of work included the construction of eight apartments
upstairs and 10,000 square feet of space downstairs, which at the
completion of the job was utilized for the Mom's Italian Village
Restaurant.
