The Granada Theatre
Client: Morris & Irma Jurkowitz Family Trust

Location: Santa Barbara, California
The Granada Theatre is not only a historical landmark, but is also
a great contributor to the entertainment world in Santa Barbara.
This project involved renovation and modification to the existing
building, Melchiori Construction Company developed a project schedule
that would set up the job in three phases for completion. Demolition
of the existing 20-foot chimney was completed in the first phase.
The last two phases of the project included the renovation and reconstruction
of floors three through eight. Melchiori Construction Company tore
down the existing walls and floors of two store front rooms and
constructed new space for office occupancy.
