The Foothills at San Marcos

Location: Santa Barbara, California
This major shell and core project that required demolition to an
existing Bowling Alley, was completed in February 2000. This project
required 10 months of construction services, including extensive
value engineering and scheduling. The project included new construction
of a 62,000 square foot commercial office building.
