In addition to the complete shell and core work completed on the
Foothills project, Melchiori Construction Company continued to work
on this space in order to provide complete tenant improvements.
Melchiori Construction Company provided Fidelity National Title,
with interior features including high-end finishes such as credenzas
and unique ceilings that would function with the high-tech communications
and data equipment that was integrated in the main conference room.
The projects conference room was equipped with top of the line data
and satellite communications systems, as well as individual computer
portals within the conference table and ceiling systems with drop
down screens.
