Danica House

Location: Santa Barbara, California
The Danica House project entailed transforming a dilapidated warehouse
into a functional, modern furniture show room. Melchiori Construction
Company tore down the existing walls and infrastructure to replace
them with several plaster villas, which were embedded with color
to smarten the entryway. The architectural style included maintaining
two existing roll-up doors, with glazed and marquee-like awnings
added for western shade.
