Boater's World

Location: Santa Barbara, California
Boater's World is a high-end aquatic and fishing retail store in
downtown Santa Barbara. Melchiori Construction Company provided
the shell and core of this unique Santa Barbara aquatic retailer.
In the process of construction we were confronted with the obstacle
of a ten-foot water table. However, this challenge was met with
the construction of 1,000 lineal vertical feet of caissons that
would act as the base in the event of unsteady grounds. Despite
interruptions, Melchiori Construction Company completed the project
efficiently, successfully and on schedule.
