Location: Santa Barbara, California
The Ampersand Development project consisted of new construction,
landscaping and utilities, as well as major remodeling and site
work. Melchiori Construction Company provided new construction of
the vertical circulation tower, which would in turn act as the new
corporate entryway. Additional services include new concrete slabs
and door systems for two aircraft hangers and reconstruction of
the surrounding landscape and hard scape, including reconstruction
of the main parking lot.
