Gary Chance
Senior Project Superintendent
For over 30 years, Gary Chance has been building on the Central and South Coasts. His forte, concrete, enabled him to work as superintendent for large-scale, premier projects with the Nation’s most recognized builders, including McCarthy and Hensel Phelps Construction Company. He joined Melchiori Construction Company in 2001. Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Chance has participated in all phases of construction, such as MEP coordination, carpentry, and all finish trades. Mr. Chance has earned recognition and awards for OSHA compliance and safety practices on past projects, and actively contributes to Melchiori Construction Company’s own corporate safety program. As an experienced and patient member of the team, Mr. Chance commands the respect of the field staff, and participates as a knowledgeable, productive team member through all project phases. His combined experience of projects represents over $400 million. Some of Gary's projects include:
