Mark J. Melchiori
President
Mark J. Melchiori has been with Melchiori Construction Company
in a full time capacity and has led the company to success since
1989. As the President of Melchiori Construction Company, Mark J.
Melchiori has been a key executive in the rapid growth of the company.
Mr. Melchiori career in construction spans over seventeen (17) years.
He has been involved with the technical as well as
the business aspects of managing a multi-project, multi-million
dollar construction firm. Under his leadership as project executive,
Melchiori Construction Company has completed and managed a multitude
of projects including: QAD, Inc., El Patio Residential Community,
Sanctuary Psychiatric Centers of Santa Barbara, Devereux of California,
Licker Family Trust, Old Mission Seismic Rehabilitation, Boaters
World, Danica House, UCSB Dance Facility and Residence Hall Facilities
and the design build tenant improvement for Prudential Securities
Inc., just to name a few. These projects represent over half a million
square feet of building space and combined budgets of over $200
million.
Mr. Melchiori received his Bachelor of Science in Business with
an emphasis in Strategic Planning and Management at California Lutheran
University.
In addition to the properties completed by Mr. Melchiori and Melchiori
Construction Company, Mark J. Melchiori has performed construction
management services for project development and pre-construction
phases of construction planning. A few of the projects that Mr.
Melchiori has been involved in as an at-risk management or construction
management include Fess Parker's Park Plaza Hotel & Resort, Miramar
Hotel Resort Renovation, Cabrillo Plaza Campus, Qad, Inc. Ortega
Hill Campus Phase One, Qad, Inc. Ortega Hill Campus Phase Two, The
Foothills at San Marcos Office Complex, and South Coast Business
Park/ Qad, Inc.
