Phillip D. Orr
Chief Estimator
Philip D. Orr is the Chief Estimator at Melchiori Construction
Company. Bringing over fifteen (15) years of extensive experience
in both project management and estimation, Mr. Orr's background
includes vast knowledge in construction management, estimating management,
value engineering, constructability review, bid package development
and development of design.
As Chief Estimator, Mr. Orr's responsibilities include controlling
all aspects of estimating tasks and project management.
Mr. Orr's past experience includes performing in estimating management
with Santa Barbara Savings and J.W. Bailey Construction Company.
Mr. Orr's project experience includes the Miramar Hotel Resort,
Santa Barbara Savings, Santa Barbara Bank & Trust Operations Center,
Vista Del Mar School, Vandenberg Air Force Base SLC-4 Annex, as
well as Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, to name a few.
