Scott A. Miners
Senior Project Manager
Scott A. Miners has a diverse background within the construction
industry. Beginning his career as a laborer, Mr. Miners progressed
to the ranks of carpenter and currently leads as project manager.
Outside of his field experience, Mr. Miners earned a Bachelor of
Science degree from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo, in
Construction Management. From there, Mr. Miners began the position
as an assistant estimator for Morley Construction Company, California's
12th ranked Contractor and a leading builder of cast in place concrete
structures within Southern California.
Joining Melchiori Construction Company in 1996 as a Project Manager,
Mr. Miners has been an integral part in refining, improving and
developing Melchiori Construction Company's strategic marketing
plan, marketing implementation plan and management information systems
plan. Mr. Miners' has managed jobs ranging from as large as the
Devereux Foundation of California, Fidelity National Title, and
Santa Barbara Bank & Trust Corporate Office Building to projects
as small and focused as the Dancia House Remodel and Chase Palm
Park Carousel Building.
