Stuart P. Kendall
Senior Project Manager
Stuart P. Kendall joined the Melchiori Construction Company team
in the winter of 1999, bringing with him extensive knowledge in
both architecture and construction management. Prior to coming to
Melchiori Construction Company, Mr. Kendall worked as an architect's
apprentice, for Architect Feancesos Ginocchio in Italy, in which
his primary duties were focused on the restoration of several homes,
including code research and analysis for planning approval to the
state and local level. From there, Mr. Kendall returned to California
and entered the construction industry as a project engineer for
Cal Pac Construction in Culver City and later at N.L. Barnes in
San Francisco. Stuart P. Kendall is currently one of the senior
project managers at Melchiori Construction Company, and performs
all aspects of project management, value engineering and project
scheduling.
