Scott Jacobs
Construction Manager
After more than two decades of local, national and international recognition for his talent in building and renovating major Santa Barbara Estates, Scott C. Jacobs joined the Melchiori Team as Construction Manager. His broad experience in building and managing high level design, engineering and consultant teams for technically challenging projects of the highest esthetic standards gives him overall project authority. His clients receive representation from the early stages of site review and acquisition, consultant selection and management, design refinement, financial planning and analysis, environmental/green sensitivity, an governmental entitlements.
Following post-graduate work at UCSB, Mr. Jacobs established his trade credentials in the time honored training of Union apprenticeship to Journeyman Carpenter, Foreman, and Superintendent. He established his first construction firm in 1981.
Scott Jacobs' project experience ranges from Santa Barbara's most exclusive historic Estates to Banks, Churches, Universities, Shopping Centers, Mixed Use Condo/Commercial, and Resorts.
