Ron Bray
Director of Operations
Ron Bray joined Melchiori Construction Company in 2005 as a Construction Manager specializing and overseeing Special Projects that include Fast-Track, Design-Assist, and Multi-Phase construction projects. Ron Bray came to Melchiori Construction Company with over thirty years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Bray oversees all aspects of project management, from pre-construction, project start up to closeout, subcontract management and negotiations, and all aspects of budget tracking. His contributions to Melchiori Construction Company include the implementation and standardization of project management and cost control features for projects.
