Jean joined Melchiori Construction Company in 1999 specializing in
Construction Operations, Administration and Human Resources with the
opportunity to improve productivity and financial controls. She
joined Melchiori with a background of over 20 years in the construction
industry. Her expertise is construction law, contracts, change orders,
subcontracts, insurance, bonds, safety and quality control. She is
resourceful and always gets the job done with superior quality and
professionalism. Jean has excellent understanding of government
compliance and regulations, labor laws, personnel policies and procedures.
Her resourceful and efficient methods assure a streamlined flow of project
paperwork from the start of the project through close-out. She is
analytical and efficiently researches all matters with a focus on Client
satisfaction. She is involved in every Melchiori Project and has
developed strong professional business ties to exceptional Subcontractors,
Vendors and Clients.

Multiple Courses in Construction Management, Construction Law, Small
Business Administration, Time Management, and Production Control.
