Joined Melchiori Construction Company in 2002 as Controller with over twenty years in the industry.
A summary of his qualifications include but are not limited to:
Generate and analyze monthly financial statements for review
Develop and manage business entities
Design and implement Accounting Department's procedures
Supervise all accounting personnel, functions and internal controls
Proficient in varied software programs including but not limited to Master Builder, QuickBooks and Petro Ware Accounting Software
In addition Steven is responsible for all aspects of the Corporation's accounting and financial analysis, including financial statements, statistical data, budgeting, cash flow and forecasting. He recruits, trains and motivates the Accounting staff. He is analytical and lends his expertise to Corporate decisions concerning HR matters and Corporate insurance policies.
