Sean Murphy
Sean Murphy joined Melchiori Construction Company as a Construction Manager to pursue his career with a respected and established construction/development company located within the Santa Barbara, California market.
Sean has over twenty years of experience within the construction project management field including: directing, managing and leading diverse commercial and residential projects. Strong core competencies in budget management, operations management, negotiation skills, process management, quality assurance and human resource management. Qualifications also include relationship and client management expertise, strong written and verbal communication skills and risk management. Sean has a strong work ethic and is team oriented. He has the ability to work and manage projects with a fast paced, multi-task environment. Sean has a Bachelor of Science, Business Management/Finance Degree from San Diego State University.
Sean Murphy worked for Kitchell Custom Homes based out of Phoenix, Arizona. While there he developed, assembled and managed project budgets of over $100M for the multi-phase remodel of the Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara. While there, he was responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationship with client, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendor and hotel staff for assigned multiple projects.
Sean also has worked for Paragon General Contractors, Forte Ranch Homes, and Shadow Hills Corporation.
